Creative Ways to Transform and Strengthen Relationships

Play with ways of Knowing our partners, children, colleagues, friends.
Participants will be:
- Understand why close relationships are the most difficult to navigate,
- Learn and practice creative imagination in conflict situations to improve and transform your relationships,
- Learn & practice stress reducing energy discharge techniques,
- Build bridges for mutual understanding, and
- Practice listening skills to reach greater depth.
We will utilize multiple techniques to disrupt habitual ways of being in relationships.
We will discuss and practice new ways to understand, communicate and listen.
We will call on sections of my recent book, Inspired Perspectives, to explore life-long assumptions and habits of thinking, feeling, and seeing.
Inspired Perspectives – Book Launch

Join me for a reading and discussion.
There will be reading from Inspired Perspectives, discussion of the premiss, and an opportunity to play with some of the techniques incorporated in the book.
Shifting Perspectives Workshop
Look for this two day work shop later early in 2020. We explore multiple techniques for broadening and elevating our viewing lens. We explore ways to transcend ‘stuck’ places and habits and we enjoy ourselves in the process!
Energy Balancing Workshop
Hands On, One day, Workshop – Sunday March 8 th
Individuals, Friends, Couples – Welcome
Come learn and practice several techniques for relaxing, restoring, balancing and as a result improving the wellbeing of your partner and yourself. These are fully clothed protocols.
You learn skills rather than theory.

Material is drawn from Donna Eden (a world renowned healing authority), Eden Energy Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and multiple Indigenous practices. You learn to work with Lymph, AcuPoints, Radiant Circuits, Neuro Vascular Points among other techniques.
You practice hands-on balancing, and relaxing routines to give to another person, as well as self-care techniques. Touch and balancing come from both hands-on and hands-off work. Profound stress release is possible.
This is a day particularly nice for individuals who want to work on each other later; or for practitioners of other modalities wanting to integrate these techniques into their existing practice.
