I love the work I do
As an author, consultant and coach, my focus is on personal development, mentoring deep change and encouraging new growth; releasing past ways, finding the new best path. The process I teach leads to, and sustains, a new path.
I call my company Transformative Practices. The techniques (practices) I teach and share, lead to and sustain a new path.
My MBA and senior corporate consulting experience, ground me in change management, new enterprise development and finance.
My MA in Transpersonal Psychology grounds me in the time-tested practical skills and techniques which facilitate multiple forms of personal transformation and growth.
What I Share
The techniques and tools that I share are ones I have used on my own journey and continue to use daily. These techniques are ‘best-practices’ from a variety of research and traditions. For example, alternative analysis is essential in decision making, and specific forms of meditation brings clarity and calm. For me, it’s about what works! I teach and practice the essence of approaches and habits that do change our lives.
Born on Canada’s West Coast, I grew up in an abundant lush natural world.
From youth I sought multi-disciplinary perspectives on problem solving, happiness and meaning.
For 25 years I worked as a manager, director and academic in Central Canada’s corporate world. Twenty years ago I broadened my focus to incorporated meaning finding, health and purpose engagement as part of my offering.
Gary, my late husband also straddled the professional world and the world of meaning. As my beloved and best friend, he is deeply missed.
The path to deeper meaning and success
I want us all to feel capable to help ourselves both in dealing with the challenges of daily life, and business life. Learn the shift and skill to a life where you are content, happy and doing what we are meant to do.
The greatest energy I experience is at my learning edge and the learning edge of clients. Direct insight, new understanding, breakthrough – I love this edge!
That said, I continue to attend to the ‘best practices’ of new and old traditions as a foundation. These ‘best practices’ are Transformative Practices!
