Transform Your Life Experience Through Growth and Skill
I am accepting a small number of clients to be coached one on one. If you are committed to experiencing significant personal growth in specific areas of your life, this option is perfect for you.. I am a life coach who combines techniques from multiple ‘best practices’. I am able to conduct mentoring and life coaching sessions in person, by phone or by Zoom.
My practice focuses on transferring discernment and problem solving skills resulting in you having a greater connection with your own wise self. Guided support this way is essential to identify blind spots, learn new skills, determine goals and navigate your personal growth and transition to a better life.
During our time together you will:
- learn to manage current challenges and life obstacles
- release outgrown relational habits
- learn several new life skills to facilitate continued growth
- establish techniques and practices to connect deeply with your own inner values, nature and personal authority;
- live with greater coherence in thought and action.
Maturity brings change. Major transitions happen at key periods in each of our lives.
Change often surprises us. It comes about as we have finished one phase of our life and are ready to move on to the next. Inner growth, completion of major projects, retirement, divorce, the death of a loved one, all harken change.
Our energy wants something new – but what? In moments of growth, it may be hard to see the opportunity that is before us; sometimes we feel confusion, dread, or abandonment. The direction we ultimately want to go is toward an increased sense of fulfilment, joy and meaning. This is possible!
This is a path we are all walking. We can all benefit from a life coach to facilitate growth and change.
The Life Coaching I provide, and the tools I share, build emotional clarity, peace and physical resolve. Having this new foundation brings about positive change, and also shifts your habitual responses and your habitual identity.
I draw on the work of Stanislav Grof, M.D., Dr. Joe Dispenza, Martha Beck, Dr. Warren Grossman, Dr. John Wildwood, Henri Nouwen, Dr. David Gordon, Carl Jung, James Hollis, Donna Eden, and on Best Practices from multiple traditions.
I have been expertly trained to coach and mentor clients in clarifying their life’s purpose, re-imagining, and implementing new directions, shifting limiting behaviors / beliefs and shifting toward inner authority.
Maintaining Positive Change
Maintaining positive change requires shifting previous neuro-physical patterning. Establishing new ways of thinking and living meets up and sometimes conflicts with the collective expectations of our community. Inner patterning and collective expectation makes even positive, highly desired change, difficult to sustain. As a coach I provide the support needed to navigate and maintain this transition.
The coaching process is a creative partnership, led by your deep emerging wisdom.
I love working with clients as they move from ‘good’ to ‘great’ in their lives. Using a variety of techniques and tools, I help clients build clarity and find their own unique path. It is always delightful to support personal growth and mental shifts.
